The happiness of our clients is so important to us that we conduct a twice annual customer satisfaction survey with all our active clients. The purpose of the survey is to understand what we are doing well and what we can do better. One of the ways we measure our success is through the Net Promoter Score®. In the 1Q 2012 survey our NPS was 100%, indicating that ALL of the responding clients stated that they would recommend our services. We thank all our clients for their confidence in us and look forward to continue reporting our NPS® in the future.
